Job duties

  • You will independently perform service, maintenance and repairs of electrical actuators.
  • Plan and prioritize service tasks in consultation with colleagues and service manager/service coordinator.
  • Perform assembly/commissioning, troubleshooting, support and maintenance (remedial and preventive) on electrical actuators, as well as diagnosis, testing and adjustment of the electrical actuators.
  • Document and report back results from service visits to the customer and in CRM.
  • You will also have a sales function in terms of service agreements, spare parts, major maintenance and replacement units. At a later stage, you must also carry out training on our products for customers and partners.
  • By creating trust and long-term relationships with our customers, you will strengthen our actuator service. You will report to the Service Manager. The work mainly involves working with our customers in the Mälardalen with a service center in Skarpnäck and, if necessary, in northern Sweden.
  • AUMA offers a qualified introduction as well as comprehensive theoretical and practical training at the head office in Malmö.

It is an advantage if you have a basic technical education, preferably with experience in electrical or control technology. You are passionate about technology and making things work. You have knowledge of English and can assimilate technical information from instructions and manuals. As a person, you should be positive, goal-oriented and accurate and have the ability to plan your work. You should have a representative manner and be customer service oriented. You are our face when dealing with customers.

Post-secondary education engineer or KY with specialization in technology, machine, data or relevant work experience.

Personal qualifications
You must be technically interested and enjoy doing business and finding solutions that help your customers. It is a prerequisite that you are meticulous, structured and understand the importance of collaboration. We attach great importance to your personality and previous references.

Spoken and written Swedish and English as well as a driver’s license are a requirement.
