AUMA Scandinavia has over 50 years of experience as a supplier of electric actuators. We have sales representatives in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland. The head office, warehouse, assembly workshop and training center are located in Malmö, Sweden. AUMA Scandinavia is part of the Auma Group, a German global family business founded in 1964 in Müllheim, with over 2,600 employees worldwide.
What does AUMA stand for?
AUMA stands for Armaturen- und Maschinen- Antriebe (Valve- and Machine Actuators). AUMA was founded in 1964 by Werner Riester and Rudolf Dinse in a garage, the company is still family owned. AUMA has more than 20 subsidiaries and over 50 agents, production in Germany, USA, India and China as well as global service and support.
