AUMA Scandinavia has over 50 years of experience as a supplier of electrical actuators and services to the following markets: Energy & Power Plants, District Heating, Water & Wastewater, Industry & Marine and Oil & Gas. Electric actuators have an important function to control and regulate the flow in piping systems that are part of process engineering facilities. We have sales offices in Sweden, Denmark and Norway as well as an agent in Iceland. Head office, warehouse, assembly workshop and training center are located in Malmö.
Work duties
You will independently perform service, maintenance and repairs of electrical actuators and gears. Planning and prioritization of service tasks in collaboration with colleagues and service manager/service coordinator. Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, support and maintenance (remedial and preventive) on electrical actuators as well as diagnosis, testing and adjustment of the electrical actuators. Document and report the results of service visits to the customer and in CRM. You will also have a sales function regarding service agreements, spare parts, major maintenance tasks and replacement of units. At a later stage, you will also be tasked with carrying out training courses about our products for customers and partners.
By creating trust and long-term relationships with our customers, you strengthen our offer. You report to the Service Manager. The work mainly involves working with our customers in Denmark. AUMA offers a qualified introduction with both theoretical and practical training.
Background
It is advantageous if you have a basic technical education, preferably with experience in electrical or control technology. You are passionate about technology and making things work. You have basic knowledge of English and can understand technical information from instructions and manuals. As a person, you are positive, purposeful and meticulous and can plan your work yourself. You should be service-oriented as you are our face for customer contacts. We attach great importance to your personality and previous references.
